When a client approaches INDOLINK with a sourcing project, our team thoroughly analyzes the exact requirements and conducts a feasibility study.
On the basis of customer needs we develop the profile of suitable manufacturers and service providers. We search for potential suppliers according to the defined profile. The suppliers matching the requirements are audited and assessed based on a wide range of factors which include their quality standards, technology, management culture, certifications, customer base, production capacity, market reputation... After evaluation, we submit a short list of the selected suppliers to the customer.
